One of my favorite colors from Pantone’s 2012 color report is Sweet Lilac, simply because the color is romantic and pairs well with every color in the season’s palette. Plus, I though it was a perfect opportunity to show off my new favorite pair of shorts. These vintage Jil Sander shorts are so great because the wool makes them an ideal transitioning piece that can keep me comfortable during the cool mornings and warmer afternoons (i wish the weather would make up it’s mind). Chunky knit sweaters are an essential for me when opting to wear shorts and skirts during the winter because it can balance the look out. I paired it with a duo-tone polka dot scarf which can be removed once it starts warming up.
Oh and yesterday I was featured in the student newspaper on campus–which is pretty exciting for me, since this is my last semester in college! You can read the story HERE. Have a wonderful Tuesday!
♥ Britt
